Is it okay to bill my owners at standard rates if I'm paying less?
Yes. Charging your clients a service fee for sourcing, coordinating, and managing vendor relationships is standard property management practice. You are providing a service–your time, your vendor relationships, your quality control. The margin is fair compensation for that. We recommend being straightforward with owners about your vendor coordination practices as your management agreement dictates.
How do I buy a Prepay & Earn bundle?
Click "Get Started" on any bundle above and check out with a credit card. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed, and your balance is available immediately.
How is my prepaid balance applied?
Every completed order draws from your prepaid balance at thediscounted rate-- not the standard rate. So a $150 service costs your balance only $120 at 20% off. You bill the owner $150. You keep the $30.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your prepaid balance does not expire. Use it at whatever pace fits your business -- refill anytime to stay at your discount tier.
Can I use my bundle for all PlanOmatic products?
Yes. Your prepaid balance applies to any order placed through your PlanOmatic account includingPhotography, Floor Plans/3D Tours, AI Virtual Staging, and Amenity Photography.
What if I need more than one bundle?
You can purchase multiple bundles. Many high-volume operators maintain a Power bundle balance and refill it regularly. Your account manager can help you find the right cadence.
