Order Notifications

Your Client Success Manager can help you set up order notification emails. You can receive all notifications (4 possible) or order completion updates. The notification options are listed below: 

• Order confirmation: “Thank you for placing your order for (address)”
• Appointment confirmation: “Planomatic confirmed appt. for (address)”
• Order completion: “(Address) – Planomatic order #000000 is ready”
• Unable to complete: “We were unable to complete your order for (address).”

Asset Retrieval 

• Completion email: You can download all photos by clicking the “download” button on your completion notification email. This will direct you to the PlanoX site, where you can select image sizing. We recommend medium photos!
• PlanoX: Navigate to the PhotoPlans section of your dashboard, and click on the download button next to the home address. Here you can select photo size.
• Webhook/API: This version of asset retrieval is possible when setting up an API or webhook with our system. This can be achieved by setting a meeting with our Development team and working together to build a custom API.

Requesting Photos Edits 

• Once navigated to a specific PhotoPlan landing page:
  • Click the thought bubble icon on any photo
  • Select an “edit option” from the drop-down (ex: remove vehicle)
  • Leave detailed notes for the production team 
  • Click “send request”
  • Once the requested edits have been made, the new photo will show in your PhotoPlan queue! 

Self-Service Watermarks

• Once navigated to a specific PhotoPlan landing page: 
  • Click the “Download” button in the upper right corner
  • Click the cog wheel in the upper left corner of the pop-up box
  • Select the type of asset (ex: “photos”) that your desired size (ex: “medium”)
  • Select whether you would like a clean or watermarked set of photos
