Every time PlanOmatic completes a photo shoot, Rently can automatically load those photos into their platform instantly as long as the client has opted into the integration. No need to wait for the sync between your property management software and Rently – photos are now fed to Rently in real-time so you can publish your listing as soon as the photos are ready to go!

What are the main benefits of this integration? 

This integration solves 3 main problems, as detailed in this blog post:

  1. Users had to log in to PlanOmatic’s system, then log into their property management system, then log in to Rently – 3 logins!
  2. When uploading photos into a property management system, there is often a delay in the photos getting to your syndication engine… and it’s hard to know exactly how long that delay will be!
  3. Often, clients will use “Photos Coming Soon” placeholders when waiting for their marketing photos, and those have to be manually deleted when the photos are ready

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Rently accept the watermarked version of my photos coming from PlanOmatic?

Yes. Just let us know which version of the photos you would like fed to Rently and we will make sure your integration is configured properly.

What if I already have photos in my Rently listing?

If you enable the PlanOmatic <> Rently integration, when PlanOmatic sends photos for a listing that Rently already has, the photos on Rently will be overwritten by photos coming from PlanOmatic. If there are images that you want to persist with your listing – tell us about those and we can help you include them in the PlanOmatic platform. Either contact your Client Success Manager or email us at support@planomatic.com.

If PlanOmatic was unable to complete the job for any reason, will photos still be fed through this integration?

No. The PlanOmatic system tells Rently if a specific order was not completed as originally requested (e.g. if the home was in an unsafe condition). When this is the case, the Rently system ignores that specific order from PlanOmatic.
