Kori became a CEO before he even received his Corporate Finance degree from Western Michigan University. A “Treky” since age 6, Kori always knew he’d aspire to the level of Captain Kirk. After playing and coaching soccer throughout his life, Kori learned the true value of dedication which, coupled with the importance of family, became the pillars upon which he built his business. Kori may delegate from atop the corporate ladder, but he always makes time to get his hands dirty with the team.

Executive Vice President of Sales/Co-Founder

PlanOmatic’s Executive Vice President of Sales and co-owner, Aaron, is also a graduate of Western Michigan University and the fearless leader of our sales force. He has spent years expanding our operating regions from coast to coast all while finding ways to bring our customer service to new heights. If Aaron's not out introducing our technological tools to new audiences or bringing his motivational speaking to headquarters, he's enjoying life at home in Los Angeles and surely not far from the nearest beach.

Dr. Arie Covrigaru holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Michigan. His extensive knowledge plus experience working for nationally-acclaimed clients has made him a master of designing and developing workflow software solutions. As PlanOmatic's CTO, he keeps the ship afloat by maintaining our systems and being the relentless office jokester.

Chief Operating Officer

An old friend of Kori and Aaron’s and fellow Western Michigan University alum, Chad began as a photographer 7 years ago in Florida. He's now our Chief Operating Officer with an unmatched rhythm and rhyme to overseeing day-to-day functions, corporate account relations, and countless things in-between. He may check emails before his alarm goes off each morning but his calm demeanor will always keep up morale at the office.

Enterprise Account Executive

Barr started his tenure back in 2004, before even graduating from Michigan State University. He's the definition of dedicated—you’ll rarely find him without his mobile office, even when he’s cheering the Michigan State Spartans to victory. His decade-long experience in production was a seamless transition into sales, where he now leads the charge for our Enterprise division, while still promoting and assisting with partnerships and technology integration. When not in the office, Barr can be found playing in the Rockies.

Senior Corporate Account Executive

Kevin is a seasoned pro being one of our first members. He did photography in Michigan before moving to Connecticut where he helped start our Northeast region. In a typical week, our Senior Corporate Account Executive is out introducing our service and updating partners on the latest news. Another Michigan native, Kevin loves traveling and travel photography, especially for camping and fishing trips in the Upper Peninsula.

National Sales Manager

Tim became one of our first production team members while working toward his Master's in Industrial Engineering at the University of Michigan. After 2 years consulting for IBM, Tim rejoined PlanOmatic and rarely misses a chance to demonstrate his technological expertise. He's worked as our Midwest Sales Manager, as a master presenter and is now our National Sales Manager. When he's not traversing the Midwest, he's often on the court shooting hoops.

Senior Marketing Coordinator

After earning her degree in Journalism at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Shea came to PlanOmatic eager to explore the Real Estate world. She began her journey as a scheduling team member at the start of 2014 and has worked her way into her role as Senior Marketing Coordinator. Shea’s enthusiasm for the arts help her creative flow with keeping the company brand fun and fresh. With her attention to detail and love of research, she will continue to seek innovative paths for the future. Outside of the office, you can find this Colorado native enjoying the Rocky Mountains, painting watercolor or dining on Mexican cuisine.

Client Success Manager

A Massachusetts native, Ian completed his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Upon graduating with degrees in Advertising and Digital Media, Ian moved to the Rockies to perform market research for the winter sports industry in various resort towns. After three years of living in vacation land, he moved to Denver and acquired a job working on PlanOmatic’s scheduling team before becoming our Client Success Manager. When he’s not in the office, you can find him riding around on his snowboard or trekking through trails on his mountain bike.

Kayleigh Brooks

Enterprise Account Manager

As a Colorado native, Kayleigh has been with PlanOmatic since late 2014. She has found every chance to excel in new departments, and recently she has found her niche as the Enterprise Account Manager. Kayleigh attended Metropolitan State University of Denver for Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences which gives her a leg up in personal communication between clients and photographers. When she is not dabbling in Performing Arts, hanging out with family and friends, or snuggling with all of the PlanO pups, she finds every chance to try new Colorado craft breweries.

Operations Manager

Korin joined the team as our first NYC photographer in 2012 as a transplant from the Bay Area where she learned the trade of photographing luxury RE. Although her name still echoes through the halls of brokerages, she now dons many hats as our Operations Manager, leading our Photography Hiring and Training Department. When she’s not snapping her camera, she can be found cycle touring or strumming her banjo.

Field Operations Coordinator

Caitlyn graduated from the School of Art & Design at SUNY Purchase with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography and a passion for traditional film photography and darkroom printing. She indulges her love for analog photography with an ever-growing collection of vintage and instant cameras, and spent one year teaching darkroom processes at Contact Photo Lab in Los Angeles, CA. After joining the PlanO team in 2012 she became instrumental in training our LA team of photographers and now currently wears the hat of Field Ops Coordinator, hiring and training new talent and continuing to evolve our photography practices.

Field Operations Coordinator

Daniel graduated from RIT in 2010 with a BFA in Photojournalism, then joined the PlanOmatic team in 2011 as our first Rhode Island photographer. He is a crowd favorite in the Ocean State with his areas of expertise being twilight and aerial photography. In 2015, he joined the Field Operations Team, bringing his knowledge to hiring and training new photographers in New England. His enthusiasm for photography and technology are unmatched. In his spare time he enjoys brewing beer, creating delicious BBQ and all things hockey.

Field Operations Coordinator

Pursuing her love of numbers, Joy completed a degree in Mathematical Sciences at the University of Michigan before realizing she didn't want to put her camera down. Over the next five years she explored photography in many different ways. She could be found shooting food photography for Chicago restaurants, working with NGOs in Uganda, and doing freelance commercial work in Metro Detroit. Joining forces with PlanOmatic in 2015, Joy now heads the hiring and training operations for the Midwest region. In her off hours she enjoys gardening, cooking and Game of Thrones.

Field Operations Supervisor

Zak came to the team having a degree in Global and International Studies completed at the University of Kansas. He is currently near completion on a second degree in Graphic and Web Design. His skills in creativity, communication and organization paired with his efforts in photography made him an easy candidate for our Field Operations Supervisor position. When not tackling projects at the office, you can find Zak adventuring just about anything, pursuing photography, exploring music and building new relationships.

Field Operations Supervisor

As a Nebraska native, Tiffany transplanted to Colorado after earning her degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She quickly found her niche in marketing and developed her skills in sales while working in the ski and snowboarding industry. Tiffany's ingenuity and attention to detail launched her into her current position as a Field Operations Supervisor. She is ecstatic to be working with such a talented group of photographers and team of creative minds. Outside of PlanOmatic, Tiffany balances her time between activities in the great outdoors of the Rocky Mountains and finding the best live music that the city has to offer. And always, pondering life.

Chase came to PlanOmatic like an MVP to an all-star team. After receiving his Bachelor’s in Architecture from UMass-Amherst, he gained experience at a firm drawing floor plans and photographing properties. His skill and expertise found him a place not only in the hearts of many clients but as our New England Account Manager. He now enjoys hopping states to form new partnerships but still makes time to get behind the camera now and then.

AJ has always used photos to tell stories in his own life which made him a perfect fit at PlanOmatic as a photographer, a Northwest Account Manager and now our Account Executive. His professionalism and sincerity have gained him a loyal following while his expertise help turn agents into branding and marketing gurus. He loves broker presentations almost as much as he loves the LA Lakers, and his passion for both work and life is evident in all that he does.

Southeast Account Manager

Upon earning his BFA in Photographic Imaging from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Michael delved into Commercial Photography. Shooting for big names like Porsche and B.B. King prove the superior quality in Michael's work and a determination that will aid PlanOmatic's growth. For our Southeast Account Manager, cultivating tech-savvy clients and new prospects is on par with reeling in bass at his favorite fishing hole. When not outdoors, Michael loves Instagramming his favorite craft brews just as much as he loves sipping them.

Midwest Account Manager

Born and raised a Hoosier, Nina completed her undergraduate education at Purdue University after majoring in Law & Society and collecting minors in Spanish, Global Studies, Political Science, and Forensic Science. She found her niche in sales shortly after graduating and has worked within the natural stone industry and as a sales rep for luxury furniture, before joining PlanOmatic as the newest Regional Account Manager in September of 2016. When she’s not in the office or traveling for work, you can find her traveling with friends, nursing her shopping addiction, curled up with her dog and bearded dragon or reading and sipping on some wine.

Northeast Account Manager

Jarod was born in Bronxville, NY and raised in the Lower Hudson Valley, NY. In his early 20’s he explored and lived in Southern NJ and Southern Florida. He knew one day he’d make his way back to his home town to settle down. Now his days are spent with his wife and dog, Riley. Jarod started his sales career in his mid 20’s, from the moment of his first sale he knew he was instantaneously hooked. The ability to sell, meet new clients and help them win is what makes him tick. His competitive nature stems from outside his profession; when he is not working, you’ll likely spot Jarod at his local CrossFit Gym or one of the many trails/mountains New York has to offer.

Florida Account Manager

Rocio was born in Dominican Republic and raised in South Florida. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a masters in Behavioral Therapy and a minor in Marketing and Arts. After graduating she found her niche in real estate and worked in the industry for over 8 years before joining PlanOmatic as a Presenter in 2015. She is happy to begin her new role as our Florida Regional Account Manger. When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling with friends, spending time with family and binge watching Netflix shows!

Ben Topf

Production Manager

Ben is our Production Manager and has worked for PlanOmatic since early 2012. He assists in the creation of the virtual tours, customer satisfaction and management of our production team. Outside of the PlanOmatic office, he is a painter and a musician, with a BFA in painting and an Art Education degree. Before he was hired, he travelled North America teaching music, playing in bands and training his critical eye.

Customer Success Lead

Ian has been with PlanOmatic since February of 2013. He has a degree in Media Studies and Digital Culture with a minor in Art & Design from Sacred Heart University. Before making the move to beautiful Denver, he was immersed the world of freelance production work in NYC. A New Jersey native, Ian makes sure to head back to the Jersey Shore once a year for vacation. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys riding his bike, camping anywhere within a 300 mile radius, going to shows and hanging out with Navi, the dog.

Technical Lead

Shaun is our Technical Lead and has been working with PlanOmatic since 2007. He is responsible for maintaining our Amazon web infrastructure and leads the web development team. He brings decades of experience as a full-stack developer when designing and building technology solutions for PlanOmatic. Outside of the office, he reads voraciously, writes and publishes a webcomic.

Software Engineer

A graduate of Galvanize's Full Stack program and Purdue University with a degree in Physics, Alex joined the team in 2015 in an effort to create PlanOmatic's next generation software. Alex has brought his modern web development philosophies and practices to the leadership of Shaun and Arie and has made strides to improve O Hello Media, the PlanOmatic site and our production process. When he’s not hard at work, Alex spends his time snowboarding and shooting some hoops.

Software Engineer

Zoe joined Planomatic in 2015 after working for start ups in San Francisco and graduating from coding bootcamp. She leads the Development of our new platform and looks forward to helping PlanOmatic improve their technical systems. She is constantly looking for ways to improve our clients and staffs technical experience. Outside of the office she participates in “hackathons” and teaching coding classes, a proud member of Girls Who Code, she believes that participation in the development community is highly important. But her favorite pass time is traveling and learning new languages, she almost always has flight tickets in hand and a new adventure planned.

Logistics Supervisor

Migrating South from his hometown in rural Wyoming, Zach came to Denver seeking a new challenge and opportunity to grow. After discovering PlanOmatic, it became clear that that opportunity had presented itself. As the Logistics Supervisor, Zach leads our scheduling team and works to ensure that we are prompt and accommodating when booking appointments. In his free time, Zach enjoys composing electronic music and watching B-grade horror movies.

CEO - Canine Executive Officer

Milo graduated from Fetch Masters doggie behavioral school and began his career at PlanOmatic as our unofficial mascot. His daily tasks include announcing unexpected visitors, testing out our fans by laying in front to measure their air force, and informing the staff when the CEO (Kori Covrigaru - Milo’s father) arrives and leaves the office. When he’s not at work, you can find him babysitting his younger human brother, baby Jack Covrigaru.

COO - Canine Operating Officer

Mason came onboard the HQ crew in July of 2016. He spends many of his days at the office with his dad, Alex, who works on our development team. While dad is busy with updates, Mason puts in work playing and chewing on his buddies (Milo & Eleanor’s) ears. Outside of work, he loves running through the fresh Colorado snow and sticking his head out the window to sniff all the smells there are to pass by.

Kibble Supervisor

Perseus joined the PlanOmatic team in May 2015 as a scheduling team member with his mother Katey Kaczar. On any given day you may find him strutting his stuff in his orange booties, keeping Katey’s desk warm with body heat, or introducing the arrival of the Jimmy Johns delivery guy to our staff. After work is done, you can often find him munching on his favorite delicacy; kitty kibble.

CR - Canine Resources

Teddy has been a part of the PlanOmatic family from the beginning. Although he sometimes works from the home office, he really enjoys coming to HQ because he truly loves the people at this company. When in the office, he practices his best version of “puppy dog eyes”, begging for food, and getting his belly rubbed by any and all willing participants. Once he’s finished his tasks, he heads home to practice his upright sitting posture with a fully extended left leg. He say’s this substitutes for dining etiquette because he can’t sip tea with his pinky finger out.
